We squeezed out the main taste of the season and took it apart molecule by molecule. The result is a kind of chameleon: at first, the syrup captivates with its delicate, literally silky texture and unobtrusive, rounded taste of pumpkin baked with flower honey, and then it turns into a rich urbech made from roasted pumpkin seeds.
