MILLET PORRIDGE WITH PUMPKIN

INGREDIENTS / BASE:

  • Millet porridge 100 g
  • Coconut milk 200 ml
  • Pumpkin 200 g
  • Honey 25 ml
  • * Thyme 3 g
  • PUMPKIN HEAD by Herbarista 25 ml

decoration:

  • 100ml water
  • Pecans 100g
  • ARÔME DE TABAC by Herbarista 30 ml

BASE:

  • Prepare the millet according to the instructions on the package
  • Peel the pumpkin and cut into medium-sized cubes;
  • Bake the pumpkin with honey and thyme, PUMPKIN HEAD syrup under a covered lid / foil for 30-40 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees;

DECORATION:

  • Pour the pecan with water and ARÔME DE TABAC syrup in a ratio of 1:1;
  • Boil over low heat until all moisture evaporates, Mix gently until the nuts are completely caramelized;
  • Spread everything on parchment and let it dry.
