MILLET PORRIDGE WITH PUMPKIN
INGREDIENTS / BASE:
- Millet porridge 100 g
- Coconut milk 200 ml
- Pumpkin 200 g
- Honey 25 ml
- * Thyme 3 g
- PUMPKIN HEAD by Herbarista 25 ml
decoration:
- 100ml water
- Pecans 100g
- ARÔME DE TABAC by Herbarista 30 ml
BASE:
- Prepare the millet according to the instructions on the package
- Peel the pumpkin and cut into medium-sized cubes;
- Bake the pumpkin with honey and thyme, PUMPKIN HEAD syrup under a covered lid / foil for 30-40 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees;
DECORATION:
- Pour the pecan with water and ARÔME DE TABAC syrup in a ratio of 1:1;
- Boil over low heat until all moisture evaporates, Mix gently until the nuts are completely caramelized;
- Spread everything on parchment and let it dry.
